TERMS AND CONDTIONS FOR FASTA APP DISPATCH RIDERS

Employment

The dispatch rider is hired as an independent contractor and is not considered an employee of FASTA SMATA LIMITED. Your account on the FASTA APP can be deactivated if you refuse to follow our guidelines.

Delivery

You (dispatch rider) are responsible for delivering packages and documents to the designated address in a timely and safe manner. You are required to be very professional in your communication with all customers.

Compensations

20% of every delivery you made belongs to FASTA SMATA LIMITED. And the remaining 80% will be paid into your account based on the period of payment (WEEKLY OR MONTHLY) stated during your registration. The dispatch rider will be paid a fixed fee per delivery, based on the distance of the package. FASTA SMATA reserves the right to modify the fee structure at any time.

Equipment

You are responsible for providing their own motorcycle, helmet, and other safety gear necessary for the job. FASTA SMATA LIMITED will not be responsible for any damages or losses to the rider's equipment.

Licensing and Registration

The dispatch rider must possess a valid rider's license, motorcycle registration, and insurance documents. Ensure that all Documents uploaded during registration are valid and authentic. FASTA SMATA LIMITED will sanction any dispatch rider with fake or expired documents.

Conduct

The dispatch rider is expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with customers, other road users, and the general public. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including reckless driving or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the contract.

Confidentiality

The dispatch rider is required to maintain confidentiality of all packages and documents delivered during the course of their work. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of the contract.

Liability

The dispatch rider assumes all liability for any damages or losses incurred during the delivery process. The company will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the rider's actions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the dispatch rider must return all company-owned property and settle any outstanding payments.

Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
